Feelgoode.com is Endorsing in the race for Governor, wait for it, wait for it......... Governor Ted Strickland! Governor Strickland in running for re-election, he is a democrat, he is a very strong ally in our community. With all that I just said, the most important reason this site is endorsing the Governor is his choice for his running mate(Lt. Governor) Ms. Yvette Mc Ghee-Brown!
I met Ms. Brown last Tuesday at a lunch she held to get thoughts on OUR issues. She took time to listen to EVERYTHING we had to say. She was engaging and attentive. From the moment I was introduced to her,she made me feel like this is the woman, I want my young nieces to be like. She is a lawyer and a judge, her resume is impressive. But that isn't what impressed me the most about her. I m having difficulty in figuring out exactly what it is that impresses me. All I know is that I left that lunch vowing to do ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT I CAN DO TO HELP RE-ELECT TED STRICKLAND AND YVETTE MC GHEE-BROWN!

It took me fifty years to grow up!
What's up?
First I'd like to thank all of you who came out to Club Togo last week to help me celebrate my birthday. As much as anyone could(under the circumstances) I enjoyed it. But sometimes, birthday's aren't meant to be enjoyed, but are meant to teach you things about yourself. I had this kind of birthday.
April 11,2010 was the day I COULD have kept my one unfulfilled promise to my deceased best friend. The one I prayed I never got the opportunity to keep. But the person that I have grown to be, wouldn't allow me to do it. I have a greater purpose now! My Community means more to me than the promise I made about 18 years ago. Things I wish to accomplish means more to me. My family means a lot more to me than it did 18 years n ago.
What I realized last Sunday was the things I still have yet to accomplish, are significant enough not to fulfill the promise I made 18 years ago. I think my best friend understands this and I can be cool with it. BUT, I AIN'T NO KILLER, BUT DON'T PUSH ME!
